Program Length: 8 Weeks
Are you ready to begin a rewarding career in healthcare? Blue Ridge Therapy Connection is excited to offer a FREE Nurse Aide in Training (NAIT) Program designed to prepare you for a fulfilling career as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
As a Nurse Aide in Training, you will receive the education and hands-on instruction needed to develop essential caregiving skills, including assisting residents with activities of daily living and providing compassionate, quality care.
Program RequirementsMust be available for the entire 8-week training program beginning September 30, 2026
Must have a genuine interest in caring for others and pursuing a career in healthcare
Must meet all applicable employment and program eligibility requirements
Tuition & Classes – Complete the training program at no cost to you
Books & Training Materials – We provide the resources you need for the program
State Certification Exam – We cover the required certification examination fee
Hands-On Instruction – Learn from experienced instructors in a supportive environment
Paid Floor Training After Certification – Once you successfully obtain your CNA certification, transition into paid floor training at Blue Ridge Therapy Connection
