About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Northwoods Wholesale Outlet as an RV/Marine Sales Associate! This exciting position offers the opportunity to connect with outdoor enthusiasts and help them find the perfect RV or marine equipment to enhance their adventures.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.


• Demonstrate RV and marine products, highlighting features and benefits.


• Manage sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.


• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.


• Assist in inventory management and merchandising to ensure an appealing sales floor.


• Participate in promotional events and community outreach to drive sales.


• Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.


• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in retail, preferably in RV or marine industries.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.


• Knowledge of RVs and marine products is a plus.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.


• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.


• Positive attitude and a passion for outdoor activities.


• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a bonus.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
