You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact solutions that drive user engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for key platform features and initiatives
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Analyze user behavior, data trends, and market insights to inform product decisions
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog in an agile environment
- Work with design teams to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Coordinate product launches and communicate updates across stakeholders
- Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and performance metrics
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in tech, data, or platform-based products (4-6 preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Experience working with data-driven products or analytics platforms
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Passion for sports and interest in predictive analytics is highly preferred
- Product and project tools (Jira, Productboard, Asana, or similar)
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)
- Collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace)
