Ops & Admin Specialist

Company Overview Axis Petrochem Pte. Job Summary You will manage import/export and logistics operations while supporting general administration to ensure smooth office functioning and accurate documentation at Axis Petrochem. Responsibilities Prepare and manage order processing and shipping documents to ensure timely and accurate logistics operations Coordinate logistics activities with vendors and partners on orders, payments, deliveries, and sample handling to maintain seamless supply chain flow Process invoices and provide payment-related administrative support to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Prepare periodic reports and summaries to track operational performance and support decision-making Monitor and follow up on all logistics and administrative processes to resolve issues promptly and maintain workflow continuity Reconcile Warehouse Management System (WMS) reports with internal systems to ensure data accuracy Verify invoice accuracy against quotations to prevent billing errors Maintain proper filing and documentation systems for easy retrieval and compliance Establish and maintain office operations, infrastructure, and upkeep to support a productive work environment Provide ad hoc administrative support based on evolving business needs to enhance operational efficiency Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or administration roles Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace Familiarity with inventory software such as Zoho Inventory Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently within a small team and demonstrate proactive problem-solving Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Location 221 Henderson Road Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Employment Type Full-time Application Send your CV to: View email address on click.appcast.io Subject: Application: Ops & Admin Specialist – [Your Name] #J-18808-Ljbffr AXIS PETROCHEM PTE.
