Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry Nurse position in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role involves providing patient care on a 28-room Medical-Oncology unit with a focus on adult patients. The shift is for nights, with a schedule of 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week. The role requires an experienced clinician familiar with EPIC charting system and oncology patient care.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS, NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale), feet required for the state of Missouri or valid compact license; 2 years of clinical experience in Medical-Surgical or Oncology patient care; experience with EPIC charting system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Oncology experience and EPIC EMR experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required within scope of practice.
• Additional Information: The unit supports adult Medical-Oncology patients, with specialized procedures and interdisciplinary support including a unit secretary. The unit features two Comfort Care Suites for end-of-life patients. The facility is an acute care hospital with 233 staffed beds. Orientation consists of 38 hours. Certifications must be current, including BLS and NIHSS. Labs are to be completed within 48-72 hours of signing, and modules must be completed prior to start. The start date is 09/08/2026, with no local candidates accepted within 75 miles.
