Spine Global Inventory Management Lead – Senior role in DePuy Synthes inventory planning. Location Select one of the following U.S. sites: Palm Beach, FL; Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; West Chester, PA. Job Description This individual contributor will develop and execute inventory planning initiatives for the spine business platform, building best‑in‑class policies, procedures, and analytical frameworks, and ensuring alignment across the supply chain planning ecosystem. Purpose Serve as the inventory planning leader for the spine platform, establishing and implementing projects, programs, and processes that support the organization’s overall supply‑chain strategy. Key Responsibilities Own and execute inventory planning projects for the spine business platform. Manage cross‑functional relationships in a matrixed environment (Value Stream, E2E Planning, Supply/Demand Planning, Regional Planning, Operations). Improve inventory management policies, standards, guidelines, systems, and procedures to drive best‑in‑class practices. Lead and coordinate regional/global inventory initiatives including inventory entitlement, multi‑echelon inventory optimization (MEIO), replenishment policies, SLOB prevention/reduction, inventory projections, reporting/KPIs, IBP integration, master‑data improvements, and governance. Maintain hands‑on analytic and planning responsibilities; validate and approve key analyses prior to stakeholder delivery. Ensure high documentation standards, data integrity, and reproducible analyses. Success Metrics Accuracy, timeliness, and business adoption of inventory reports, projections, and KPIs. Measurable improvements in inventory efficiency (e.g., reduced SLOB, optimized safety stock, improved service levels). Acceptance and execution of inventory optimization initiatives. Stakeholder satisfaction with inventory planning outputs and collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 3+ years of inventory or supply‑chain planning experience, with demonstrated expertise in inventory optimization and replenishment policies. Strong analytical skills; experience with planning systems, data analytics (Alteryx, Tableau, Python, R, SQL), advanced Excel, and familiarity with MEIO or other inventory optimization tools. Proven track record of driving cross‑functional projects and influencing stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. Familiarity with global/regional inventory entitlement frameworks and multi‑echelon optimization techniques. APICS certification preferred. Location: Any U.S. DePuy Synthes site (Palm Beach, FL; Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; West Chester, PA). Pay $94,000.00 – $151,800.00 annually. Benefits Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours if resident in Colorado, 56 hours if resident in Washington). Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year. Work, personal and family time – up to 40 hours per calendar year. Parental leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care. Bereavement leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year. Caregiver leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period (10 days).
