Responsibilities
Develop and grow a local client base by connecting with people in our community.
Assess the specific coverage needs of families and businesses to provide meaningful protection.
Prepare clear, accurate insurance quotes that help clients make informed decisions.
Cultivate lasting relationships by being a responsive and reliable point of contact for our policyholders.
Collaborate with agency leadership to refine our sales approach and reach our collective goals.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is handled with care and precision.
Requirements
Active Property Casualty Insurance License in New Mexico.
Experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
Strong comfort level with computers and navigating policy management software.
Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills.
Active Life Health License is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of the local Albuquerque community and its unique needs.
