Student Aide - Fitness Center

Description Summary Student aides assist with the daily operations of the MortonCollege Fitness Center and Athletic Facilities. This positionsupports front desk operations, customer service, facilitycleanliness, equipment organization, and general supervision of thefacility while providing a safe, welcoming, and professionalenvironment for all members and guests. Duties & Responsibilities Welcome members and guests while providing excellent customerservice. Assist with member check-in and front desk operations. Maintain the cleanliness of the Fitness Center, NutritionCenter, Locker Rooms, Gymnasium, and Athletic Complex. Clean, sanitize, and organize fitness equipment throughout eachshift. Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to professionalstaff. Monitor the fitness floor to promote safe equipment usage andadherence to facility policies. Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned. Restock cleaning supplies and other operational materials. Assist with departmental events, fitness programs, and specialactivities. Answer general questions and direct members to appropriatestaff when needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Required Qualifications Applicant must be a current Morton College student carrying 6credits hours in the Fall and Spring. One credit in the Summer.Good academic standing with a minimum GPA of a 2.0.
