Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated perioperative nursing care as an OR Circulator according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff within the OR, coordinating care with anesthesia, surgeons, and other disciplines.
- Maintain sterile technique, manage instrument counts, and assist with positioning and preparation of the patient for surgery.
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively, document actions, and respond to intraoperative events with critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Communicate clearly with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and smooth workflow.

Requirements
- Active California RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- OR Circulator experience or perioperative nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work day shifts, 10 hours per shift in a hospital OR setting
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to participate in a 6-week travel assignment
