Lead Product Engineer

Seeking a highly analytical Lead Product Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of business-critical software solutions in a full-time remote capacity, this role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions while providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers. Key responsibilities Lead requirements analysis sessions to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement while translating business needs into technical solutions Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and backend services, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines Mentor and coach Product Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field 7+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in a technical leadership role Expertise in PHP, SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript Experience designing and developing web-based enterprise applications Healthcare technology experience, including knowledge of healthcare workflows and interoperability solutions, is preferred
