Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your background should include:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure as an SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organization skills

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse school-aged caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and document students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide counseling and support to students and guardians regarding speech and language concerns
