Store Leadership Assistant: Lead, Train & Serve

O'Reilly Auto Enterprises, LLC

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This role will lead the team during the Store Manager’s absence and/or opposing shifts, driving service excellence and operational efficiency. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with emphasis on coaching, staffing, and timely processing of orders and returns.
