Associate Financial Analyst

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Corporate Debt Finance Associate with 3 to 4 years of experience to join the Corporate Finance and Lending team within the Corporate Practice Group. The preferred location for this position is Atlanta, Miami, or New York; however, candidates may be based in any office within the Eastern Time Zone. Duties Negotiate, structure, and document complex financing transactions. Represent private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and/or lenders. Work on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and related transactions. Collaborate with deal teams on sophisticated corporate finance matters. Requirements 3 to 4 years of experience in debt finance transactions. Outstanding academic record with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Excellent writing and analytical skills. Membership in the Florida, Georgia, or New York Bar, or ability to obtain admission promptly. Education JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Bar membership in Florida, Georgia, or New York, or eligibility for prompt admission. Skills Strong negotiation and structuring abilities.
