Job Requirements
Education

Required

• High school diploma or GED and Completion of HRSD's Apprenticeship Program or a formal maintenance trade, technical program, or journeyman card, or equivalent education, training, and experience OR


• Associate of Science degree in an engineering field, such as civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering from an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited engineering program OR


• Completion of 50% of the credits towards a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field, such as civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program OR

• Education equivalency: Two years of directly related professional experience may be substituted for every year of education not completed. Experience used to satisfy this equivalency is in addition to the minimum experience

• Four years of appropriate experience.

Desired


• Utility Right-of-Way management experience.

• Proficiency in drafting, surveying, Geographic Information System (GIS) or related technical area.

Valid driver's license from state of residence
