Sr Project Manager

Job TitleRequirements:Eight years relevant experienceClient & Stakeholder ManagementStrong customer relationship experience working directly with client and the general contractorAble to represent Black Box in site meetings and clearly communicate progress, risks, and execution plansScheduling & CoordinationComfortable leading and communicating 5-week lookaheadsAble to coordinate labor, materials, and install sequencing within an active data center construction environmentSafety LeadershipStrong safety mindset with experience operating in safety-first construction environmentsExperience managing safety expectations across large field teamsTechnical BackgroundSolid BICSI foundation with strong understanding of structured cabling / low-voltage environmentsFamiliarity with fiber conveyance, pathways, and connectivity workData center new builds (greenfield) and retrofit (brownfield) experience highly preferredLeadership ScopeThis individual will oversee a large team structure including Project Manager, Construction Manager, and TechsExpected leadership scope of a minimum of 60+ resourcesCertificationsOSHA 30 (if they don't already have, must obtain within 1st 6-months of assignment start)PMP certification highly preferredRCDD certification nice to haveRTPM certification nice to haveWorking knowledge ofPrimavera P6 Project Portfolio ManagementSchedule Performance Index (SPI)Cost Performance Index (CPI)Fiber Network Audits preferred
