Private Client Advisor II

Job Overview This role focuses on acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and building on internal and external networks to achieve business development goals. The position leads the Client Management Process, partners across the enterprise to provide a branded client experience, and may include responsibility for residential mortgage loans under the SAFE Act. Key Responsibilities Lead the Client Process Management to identify new business development opportunities. Source new clients in alignment with the bank’s risk appetite. Lead the client team to deliver meaningful interactions and a branded client experience. Develop an in‑depth understanding of clients’ needs, preferences, and wealth strategy. Advocate for clients as trusted advisors, providing integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management. Encourage use of digital capabilities to enhance client and team experience. Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence. Ensure retention of clients. This position may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans; all employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal SAFE Act registry and remain in good standing. Failure to maintain registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Required Qualifications Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66); unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date. 12+ years of private banking and/or complex financial services experience or equivalent. Ability to drive new business development for target client segment of $3MM++ investable assets. Ability to present a holistic approach leveraging the entire Private Bank platform. High‑touch, client‑focused interpersonal skills. Leadership recognition of client engagement opportunities and proactive actions. Skill in influencing, negotiating, and closing business solutions. Strong sales and financial aptitude. Team collaboration and identification of specialist needs. Desired Qualifications MBA or Post‑Graduate Degree. CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD.
