Qualifications: Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located Geriatric training/experience preferred Active CPR/BLS Certification

• Triage Line to take patient call in evening
• Take little to no charting home; chart while MA is driving!
• Start day around 8AM, wrap up around 4:30PM
