Registered Nurse

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry setting. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Participate in orientation and continued education as required. Support a positive and compassionate patient care environment.
