TITLE: Food Services Assistant REPORTS TO Food Service Kitchen Manager, Food Service Director or Assistant Food Service Director at Central Kitchen JOB QUALIFICATIONS 1. High School Diploma / Equivalent Demonstrated Aptitude or Competence for Assigned Responsibilities Performance Responsibilities Supports the District's mission and goals. Assists in the set-up, preparation, packaging, and serving of meals. Ensures sanitary condition of work area. Operates Food Service equipment in a proper and safe manner. Cleans utensils, sanitizes preparation surfaces and operates dishwasher. Functions as cashier, meal line checker or server as needed. Assists in clean-up of kitchen area as assigned. Performs such other duties that may be assigned Kitchen Manager, Food Service Assistant Director or Food Service Director. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT & SALARY See current negotiated agreement by and between the M.S.A.D. #17 Board and the Oxford Hills Support Personnel. Link here: Support Personnel 26-29 Contract This position is 7 hrs/day for 177 days (175 student days + 2 workshop days) + 12 paid holidays. This position is eligible for benefits and leave outlined in linked contract. EVALUATION Performance of the Food Service Assistant will be evaluated by the Food Service Director.
