Part-Time Clinical Instructor Nursing - BSN Program - Medical-Surgical Nursing Position Department: BSN Nursing Program Position School: School of Health Professions Overview: The Department of Nursing is seeking qualified applicants for part-time clinical instructors in the undergraduate BSN program to teach medical-surgical clinical courses. Responsibilities: Direct supervision of students in a clinical setting. Evaluation of student performance to ensure clinical course objectives are met. Completing post-conferences and other clinical activities to reinforce clinical concepts. Performing other duties as required by clinical agency and/or hiring manager (i.e., Dept Head of Nursing). Minimum Qualifications: BSN required. Clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing and/or critical care nursing is required—at least two years is preferred. Master’s Degree and successful professional/teaching experience preferred. Will consider applicants enrolled in an MSN program.
