The population of patients includes chronic pain management as well as intervention. The Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Asst will manage a panel of patients for chronic pain management including Opioid management. Assessment, intervention, referral for intervention, medication review and renewal, follow-up assessment for patients post intervention, peer to peer review for authorizations, triage of symptoms. Strong assessment skills, strong communication skills required for both patient and physician interactions. Minimum 3 years of practice experience with prior experience in a Pain Management Clinic or Service.
