Experienced house cleaners are preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Drivers Are Especially Encouraged to Apply

Applicants with a valid Texas driver's license may qualify for our Driver Achievement Bonus of up to $10 per day, in addition to their regular pay, bonuses, overtime opportunities, and tips.

We hire both drivers and non-drivers. Drivers may work in either a Team Lead or Cleaning Partner role, depending on experience, qualifications, and business needs.

Non-drivers are also encouraged to apply and have opportunities for advancement within our company.

Experience Preferred

Professional residential house-cleaning experience is preferred.

Don't have professional cleaning experience?

We provide paid training and teach our proven cleaning system to motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career.

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday-Friday

Approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Plus one or two Saturdays per month as part of our regular work schedule.

No evening shifts.

What You'll Do

• Clean customers' homes using Molly Maid's proven cleaning system

• Work as part of a professional cleaning team

• Deliver excellent customer service

• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail

• Help create a positive experience for every customer

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to pass a background check

• Available for full-time work

• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bending, lifting, and reaching

• Valid Texas driver's license preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• House-cleaning experience preferred
