About the CompanyOur client builds the simulation, evaluation, and observability layer for voice and text AI agents, helping companies ensure their agents perform as intended in production. Marquee enterprise customers across multiple continents send it millions of calls monthly. It's a well-backed seed-stage company that hit $100K ARR in under a month during its accelerator.

The RoleThe client is hiring its first Growth and Marketing Lead to own brand, narrative, SEO/GEO strategy, and the full creative and inbound marketing engine from scratch, working closely with the founding GTM team and reporting to the CEO.
Tech stack: Marketing/growth stack (SEO, GEO, PLG analytics, content, paid, community).
Requirements- 3+ years of marketing or growth experience, with a startup background
- SEO and GEO experience
- Creative and data-driven marketing, with a portfolio
- PLG-savvy, with fluency in growth metrics
- On-site in SF, 5 days a week
- Technical-audience storytelling; AI or developer tools a plus
- AI-native in daily workflows
- Experience marketing to technical buyers
- Scrappy, early-stage startup experience
- A name-brand background as signal
- First marketing hire, category-defining: own the brand, narrative, and growth engine for a company defining a new category in AI infrastructure
- Real traction to sell: $100K ARR in under a month during the accelerator, deals with multiple Fortune 500 companies, and marquee customers
- A creative mandate: own the voice and scale it, blending guerrilla campaigns with data-driven growth programs and full autonomy end to end
- Location — San Francisco, CA
