What You'll Do

Provide expert nursing care to telemetry patients, utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills
Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and respond effectively to emergencies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to facility protocols
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Assist in unit workflows, delegating tasks appropriately

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Florida
2+ years of telemetry experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Computer literacy and effective communication skills

Preferred:

Certification in a clinical specialty area
Experience in fast-paced hospital environments
