Job Description

· Drive profitable operations, development, and growth by planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring the Investment Casting Business

· Support sales and technical/engineering teams across all territories in the Americas and international markets to maximize revenue and gross profit growth

· Travel to customer sites to serve as the primary technical applications support resource throughout the product lifecycle

· Guide the product development process from initial concept through product launch, ensuring alignment with customer specifications

Key Requirements

· BS in Metallurgy, Material Science, Ceramics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering

· 5+ years of product or technical application support experience within Investment Casting or a customer-facing role
