\nWe are looking for a skilled, reliable Line Cook to join our Kitchen Team at Francas Italian Kitchen and Bar! We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and has at least 1 year of cooking and in a fast paced restaurant environment.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\nprepare and execute menu items consistantly and efficiently
\n \nmaintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
\n \nfollow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards,
\n \nwork closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
\n \nasset with prep, setup, and closing duties
\n \nRequirements:
\n• Minimum 1 year of line cook experience
\n• Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen operations
\n• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
\n• Able to handle a high-volume kitchen
\n• Food Handler’s card (or ability to obtain one)
\n \nSchedule & Pay:
\n• part-time and full time positions available
\n• good pay

\n• Habilidades básicas de manejo de cuchillos y conocimientos sobre el funcionamiento de una cocina
\n• Persona responsable, puntual y con capacidad para trabajar en equipo
\n• Capacidad para trabajar en una cocina de alto ritmo de trabajo
\n• Certificado de manipulador de alimentos (o posibilidad de obtenerlo)
