Financial Systems Analyst (Hybrid | Multiple U.S. Locations) About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a leading professional services organization to identify a Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise financial applications. This role serves as the bridge between Finance and Technology, ensuring financial systems remain stable, secure, and optimized while driving process improvements through automation, integrations, and emerging AI capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting Aderant , SQL, financial systems, and application administration in a professional services environment. Location Hybrid (1 day onsite) Locations New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., Seattle, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Santa Monica Employment Type Long-Term Contract Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary support resource for enterprise financial applications. Administer financial systems, including user provisioning, security, and access management. Support SQL databases through querying, reporting, and troubleshooting. Resolve application, workflow, and system integration issues. Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technology solutions. Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and automation tools. Participate in software implementations, upgrades, testing, and production deployments. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions. Support reporting, data quality, and system optimization initiatives. Document system configurations, support processes, and technical solutions. Required Qualifications 4+ years supporting enterprise financial systems. Working knowledge of SQL, database structures, and report writing. Experience supporting system integrations and APIs. Exposure to automation platforms such as Power Automate or similar tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business users. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Aderant Expert and/or Aderant Classic . Knowledge of Aderant database architecture and SQL tables. Experience within a law firm or professional services environment. Exposure to AI-assisted business applications and workflow automation.
