The candidate must be able to travel for meetings, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), benchmarking, etc., with an average of 10-15% of their time allocated for this purpose. They will prioritize talent development and provide guidance to individuals, enabling them to grow, assume greater responsibilities, and make meaningful contributions to the organization's success.Education and Work History:Five or more years of hands-on management experience in maintenanceBachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field preferred. HS Diploma/GED requiredA combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substitutedAIB certification preferredOperational background in electrical circuitry, refrigeration, fuel-burning equipment, and machine mechanicsPossess conceptual knowledge of PLC programming; PLC programming experience preferred, ideal candidate will have PLC programming proficiencyPossess conceptual knowledge on Predictive Maintenance techniquesMust be familiar with lean tools or a similar statistical process and control systemThe physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
