Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Monitor and care for patients in the MedSurg Stepdown unit
• Proficiently read and interpret telemetry strips
• Titrate drips as required to maintain patient stability
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient care
• Coordinate care and communicate with nursing and RT staff

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Valid RN license
• BLS Certification
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting telemetry strips
• Experience in titrating drips
