Description: Omega Air in Weatherford, OK is seeking a secretary! Monday-Friday 8AM-5PMMedical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and Supplemental Benefits available.
Job Duties:
- Answering phones
- Ordering parts
- Maintaining stock room and inventory of parts
- Creating invoices
- Deposits
- Work with accounting to parts received
- Shipping and receiving
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry 50LBS
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, and be subject to repetitive motion for long periods of time
- Must be able to navigate different software programs including Microsoft Office with high proficiency
