Physical Therapist (PT)

Position: Physical Therapist (PT) Facility: Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation Location: Titusville, FL Position Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: Up to $54 per hour About Us: At Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized physical therapy programs in compliance with long-term care guidelines. Collaborate with administration, medical, nursing, and other departments to coordinate therapy services. Maintain high physical therapy standards, ensuring quality care for all residents. Oversee and manage the physical therapy department, including staffing and recruitment. Provide training, mentorship, and support to new and less experienced personnel. Conduct patient evaluations, tests, and measurements to assess function and develop treatment plans. Administer physical therapy treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Document patient evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and other required reports accurately and timely. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active Physical Therapy license in Florida. Experience in skilled healthcare, hospital, or related healthcare settings is required.
