Travel Physical Therapist - $2,370 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Woodstock, Illinois. Job Start Date: 06/01/2026. Duration: 26 weeks. 40 hours per week (8 hour day shifts). Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on the patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic, achievable goals for patients, document and record patient progress, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a comprehensive plan of care for each patient and provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet physical therapy goals, and collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals. Qualifications Hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE). Graduated from an accredited physical therapy school. Minimum one year of experience in a clinical setting. Currently hold a state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PRT) or be in the process of applying for licensure. Current CPR certification.
