Grower Engagement Manager - Kansas Region

Location Requirement Candidates must be based in or near Garden City, Kansas, to effectively support growers across the region. This role requires frequent travel throughout Garden City and the surrounding areas for grower visits, installations, and technical support. Local familiarity with Kansas's agricultural landscape—especially crops such as corn, soybeans, wheat, and specialty crops—is highly preferred. This is a hands‑on, field‑based position that blends agricultural expertise, technical aptitude, and relationship‑building. This role includes managing logistics, coordinating installations, performing field technical work, and providing in‑season technical maintenance support.
