Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: East Pflugerville, TX Job Id: 30365 | # of Openings: 1 Compensation Total Compensation Package: $84,500 - $119,000 annually with opportunities for bonuses and ownership. Base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, long‑term ownership. BCBA eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to Sr. BCBA. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000. Mentorship Bonuses: Bonus for supervising RBTs pursuing Master’s. Certification Bonuses: Reward per therapist certified under supervision. Relocation Packages: Available. 401(k) with Company Match. Scheduling & Work‑Life Balance Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 assessment work‑from‑home days per year. Monday‑Friday daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in year one (holidays, PTO, CEU, flex). Manageable caseload up to 8 children. No Non‑Compete Clauses. Career Growth & Leadership Tracks Trajectory: BCBA > Sr. BCBA > Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director > Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director > Regional Clinical Director. Training & Development: Compassionate Care Training program. Research & Innovation: Collaboration at Action Institute. Clinical Guidance: Advisory Board of leading clinicians. Education & Support Continuing Education: 10+ free CEUs per year, extra funds, 2 paid days off for CEU events. Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSAA & HSA options.
