Description The Youth Recovery Center (YRC) is a unique, in-hospital residential treatment center, that helps adolescents ages 15-18, work through addiction recovery and address mental health needs. YRC is looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) with a special interest in the adolescent population to join our Youth Recovery team! This is a PRN NIGHT Shift position! Shifts are 12-hour NIGHT shifts! PRN

• 2.25 /hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
• 4.00 /hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
• 4.25 /hour weekend differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Monday.

Requirements Education Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtain required BSN preferred Skills Assesses level of risk and makes appropriate clinical judgment for resolution of client emergencies resulting in a safe outcome. Must be able and willing to participate in recreation activities with clients Must be willing to gain skills in substance abuse, mental health, and adolescent health. Experience 1 year experience working as a Registered Nurse required. Minimum of 1 year RN work experience, preferable in the areas of Acute Care, Psychiatric, or Addiction preferred.

SALARY

• 36.76 - $54.06/hour (ADN) + 14% PRN Differential
• 37.50 - $56.23/hour (BSN) + 14% PRN Differential

Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience. Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, RN-BSN, and RN-MSN Evening, nights, and weekend differentials available.
