We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end-users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for Windows and Mac systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions using Active Directory.
- Perform system imaging, software deployments, and device provisioning.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues including VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN.
- Respond to incidents and service requests through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Coordinate hardware replacements, upgrades, and inventory management.
- Support conference room technologies, video conferencing systems, and AV equipment.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
