Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end-users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for Windows and Mac systems.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions using Active Directory.
Perform system imaging, software deployments, and device provisioning.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues including VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN.
Respond to incidents and service requests through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
Coordinate hardware replacements, upgrades, and inventory management.
Support conference room technologies, video conferencing systems, and AV equipment.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
