Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients in the Scranton area to assess their long-term financial security and protection needs.

Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to grow your client base within the local community.

Lead educational workshops and community events to establish your presence as a knowledgeable industry expert.

Provide ongoing guidance to existing policyholders, ensuring their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.

Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to our positive office culture.

Maintain accurate, detailed records of all client interactions and policy adjustments in our tracking systems.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in consultative sales.

Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks.

Proficiency in managing client databases and digital appointment scheduling tools.

Exceptional public speaking and presentation capabilities.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume client calendar independently.
