Key Responsibilities:

Assist experienced flooring installers with the installation of various commercial flooring systems
Learn how to properly measure, cut, and install flooring materials
Operate tools and equipment used in the flooring installation process
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and project managers

Qualifications:

No prior experience necessary - we will provide on-the-job training
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
