What You'll Be Doing

Provide leadership and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts

Serve as a key liaison between nursing leadership, administration, and frontline teams

Help develop and implement patient care policies, procedures, and best practices

Monitor patient care delivery and ensure quality standards are met

Coach, mentor, and support staff through performance feedback and development

Assist with staffing, issue resolution, and day-to-day operations

Step in to provide direct patient care when needed

Build strong relationships with patients and families while supporting successful rehabilitation outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license

BLS certification required

ACLS certification required within one year of hire

CRRN certification required once eligible

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient nursing experience

Previous leadership experience with responsibility for staff oversight, problem-solving, and operational decision-making

Pay Details: $35.00 to $62.00 per hour
