Experienced Project Management Specialist

Role Overview The Boeing Distribution, Inc. Global Services team seeks an Experienced Project Management Specialist to join our programs in Hialeah, FL or Enfield, CT. Responsibilities Accountable for the overall profitability and performance of assigned program(s). Enhance existing and implement new programs. Maintain and create professional yet personalized relationships with assigned customers. Drive continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes. Collaborate with and influence cross‑functional leaders regarding customer strategy, execution, and relationship management. Manage and administer contractual obligations, recoveries, and remedies in accordance with contractual commitments. Coordinate and clarify analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope for long‑range business goals. Track program metrics and integrate Best Program Management Practices. Facilitate resolution of program issues, developing innovative solutions for complex problems. Provide in‑depth analysis; identify lessons learned; deliver historical reports for future project plans. Collect, organize, and deliver data per system processes to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance. Follow up on issue resolution actions. Coach and guide teammates, fostering a collaborative and growth environment; conduct 1‑on‑1 reviews. Present program reviews with external and internal senior leadership. Approve CR/Rebills and RMAs; create “Get to Green” plans. Provide KPI metric reports. Support customer on‑site business reviews. Perform other duties as assigned or required. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of related work experience, including Program Management. Experience in the aerospace industry. Intermediate Excel skills with training ability. Experience analyzing data and generating metrics reports and customer KPI’s. Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements; a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred). 1‑3 years of supervisory experience. Additional Details Travel up to 15% of the time. Drug‑free workplace; post‑offer applicants may be required to undergo drug testing. Salary range: $78,000.00 - $111,000.00.
