Project Manager - Land Development

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in Land Development to oversee and coordinate a variety of projects from conception through to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple land development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with clients, and collaborate with various stakeholders including engineers, architects, and local authorities to ensure compliance with zoning regulations and environmental guidelines.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development processes, project scheduling, and resource allocation. You will be required to prepare project proposals, manage budgets, and conduct risk assessments. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent, is preferred. Experience in using project management software and familiarity with local land use policies will be highly advantageous.
