Production & QA Technician

Lightel Technologies, Inc. in Renton, WA is hiring a full-time Production & QA Technician to build, test, and inspect products on our equipment and inspector product lines and support our QA and ISO quality system tasks. Key Responsibilities: Perform product assembly, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, adjustment and repair of products. Improve product assembly processes. Timely find and resolve technical problems and support users in product troubleshooting and failure analysis. Assist in creating, modifying, and testing of new products and processes. Create and maintain production work instructions and user’s manuals. Prepare and maintain the production-related drawings, BOMs, and inventory records. Perform incoming materials checks, in-process and final inspections across different product lines. Help maintain ISO quality system records and support equipment calibrations. Minimum Qualifications: Associate Degree (AA or AS), preferably in a technical field. Ability to read and follow written instructions and drawings. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Basic computer skills (data entry, email). Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly in English. Strong hands-on and independent working ability. Legally authorized to work in the US. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in electronics, optical, or precision equipment assembly. Prior QA, inspection, or incoming inspection experience. Working knowledge of an ISO quality system (such as ISO 9001). Soldering or IPC-style workmanship experience. Knowledge of nonconformance (NCR) and corrective action processes.
