Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,208 per week

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Tele RN – Chattanooga, TN Shift: Nights, 12-hour, 7p–7a, every other weekend Hospital/Unit: Memorial Glenwood, Unit 7 North Medical Cardiac Telemetry Charting: Epic | Care Setting: Acute Guaranteed hours: 36/week | Unit Overview 32 beds Ratios: 1:5 days, 1:6 nights Charge nurse on every shift, takes an assignment Nurse aides/PCTs at about 1:12–15, handling vitals, bathing, glucose checks, phlebotomy, and ADLs Patients: medical cardiac, mainly CHF Telemetry: No on-unit monitor techs. Virtual monitoring is used, and RNs read their own ECG strips on GE telemetry monitors. RNs titrate drips: amiodarone, heparin, insulin, and Cardizem Respiratory equipment: high-flow oxygen and BiPAP for under 24 hours, with RNs only troubleshooting Orientation: 3 shifts on the unit Requirements Experience or skills in medical cardiac care Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS License to submit: Yes BSN required: No Schedule & Policies Every other weekend or less; holidays on rotation Self-scheduling and block scheduling both allowed Must be willing to float as needed On call as a last resort for travelers Cancellation policy: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment (3 shifts if under 13 weeks) Scrubs: Navy blue Why work with Ashley and Voca Healthcare?
