Accounts Receivable Specialist | $19–$22/Hour | On-Site | Temp-to-Hire

If you enjoy tracking down answers, resolving outstanding balances, and taking ownership of your work, this opportunity gives you the chance to make an immediate impact. You’ll use your accounts receivable experience while learning new systems and expanding your skills into additional areas of accounting.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage assigned receivables and prioritize accounts requiring attention
• Research past-due balances to understand what is preventing payment and determine next steps
• Connect with customer contacts to gather information, resolve issues, and keep collections moving
• Navigate customer portals and internal systems to track account activity and maintain accurate information
• Expand your responsibilities over time through cross-training in additional accounting functions

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience 
• Understanding of aging receivables and timely collection follow-up
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and customer platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable and self-motivated with strong initiative and follow-through
