Responsibilities

Guide community members through the process of selecting insurance coverage that fits their specific life circumstances.

Connect with prospective clients through local outreach and established community channels.

Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing policies to ensure families are properly protected as their needs evolve.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our internal database.

Participate in local community events to build awareness and share the value of the services we provide.

Collaborate with our senior team members to learn the nuances of risk management and policy structure.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid State of Minnesota Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses (or a commitment to obtain them within 60 days).

Strong comfort level with learning new digital platforms and office software.

Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication style.

A genuine interest in helping neighbors protect their financial future.

Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is welcomed but not strictly required.
