Employment type: Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role) 8-23 patient care hours per week What you'll be working on: Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role) Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional telehealth visits Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate Qualifications: Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+) Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics; or eligible/within one year of residency completion and scheduled for board exam State licensed in California before your start date Additional qualities we value: A passion for human-centered primary care Effective communication skills with diverse backgrounds Proficiency in using technology to deliver care Evidence-based clinical proficiency A team-oriented mindset Openness to feedback and self-reflection Confidence in navigating uncertain situations Flexibility to adapt to patient needs Benefits: Casual providers receive malpractice insurance, UpToDate subscription, a company-issued laptop, and sick time PTO (per local requirements).
