Balancing per-customer commitments against platform health.Required Qualifications3+ years managing software engineers5+ years as a senior engineer before managing, and current enough to review a designExperience designing planning, prioritization, and estimation practices for a teamCapacity to spend roughly half your time hands-onExperience managing engineers who work directly with customersPreferredStartup experience at similar scale and/or regulated softwarePython, FastAPI, React, AWSTeams that measurably improved under you, engineers you developed into larger roles, or a delivery turnaround you led$180,000 - $240,000 a year As a full-time Engineering Manager, you will be employed by Circadia Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $240,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
