Supporting a high-priority modernization initiative for a federal client, the full-time Technical Program Operations Specialist will manage project schedules, oversee multiple stakeholders, and enhance operational efficiency using modern tools like Power BI and Power Automate. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and status updates for program health visibility Communicate effectively with project teams, resolving scheduling and operational issues while escalating risks as needed Champion the adoption of modern tools and platforms to streamline operations and improve program transparency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in technical project/program management, business process improvement, or related fields Experience supporting government contracts and analyzing project data Advanced proficiency with Microsoft products, including Power Apps and Power BI Demonstrated ability to manage project lifecycles and track multiple interdependencies Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative virtual environment
