**Responsibilities:**

1. **Landscaping Crew Work:** Collaborate with a team of dedicated landscapers to enhance and maintain outdoor environments.

2. **Leaf Collection:** Efficiently gather and remove leaves from designated areas.

3. **Mulching:** Apply mulch to various landscapes for soil enrichment and aesthetic improvement.

4. **Flowerbed Maintenance:** Care for flowerbeds by planting, weeding, and ensuring overall health and appearance.

5. **Weed Eating:** Utilize equipment to trim and maintain grass and vegetation in specified areas.

6. **General Landscaping Tasks:** Undertake various tasks as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the landscaping projects.

**Requirements:**

- **Motivation:** Self-motivated individuals with a genuine interest in outdoor work.

- **Driving Record:** A clean driving record is required for operating company vehicles. Must have a valid license.

- **Transportation:** If without a license, reliable transportation to the workplace is necessary.

- **Training:** No prior experience required; the company is willing to provide training.

- **Background Check and Drug Test:** Successful completion of both background check and drug test.

**Compensation:**

- **Hourly Pay:** $15 per hour.
