About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Tyler, Texas, 75701!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years preferred License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS*, PALS* Must-Have: - Travel experience required - Experience with charting system (Epic) required - Ability to work in a Medical-Surgical ICU Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU. The position requires 2 years of experience, preferably with a focus in ICU. Travel experience is preferred. Candidates must have ACLS and BLS certifications. Experience with the Epic charting system is required. The nurse will be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 2-3. The position includes care of patients in a Medical-Surgical ICU. Skills in various procedures and patient care techniques are necessary. This may include management of ventilated patients and arterial lines. Familiarity with administering blood products and managing central lines is essential. The ability to monitor and manage patients with multi-system organ dysfunction is required. Additional preferred skills include experience with trauma and cardiac care. Candidates should be capable of contributing to an interdisciplinary team approach. This includes working alongside physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams. About Cynet Health
